37. Eco-tours in the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore on our two
daily trips or come for an overnight anchored in the Apostle Islands.
Youth group overnight sailing trips available. Learn about sailing, take the
wheel or just relax while exploring the Islands with a partner or a group
of family or friends. Eco-tours are part of every trip, viewing bird life
and learning about the Lake Superior ecosystem, along with rich local history.
We are committed to sustainable practices and took over 1000 people last summer
a total of about 4000 miles and used only 50 gallons of fuel in our boats
and are proud founding members of the Travel Green Wisconsin program. We are
offering a Water
Taxi service this year for hunters and campers on a 24' aluminum powerboat
with an efficient 4-stroke stern drive.
Current Report: With the high price of gas and
concern for climate change, sailing is an activity that is poised to have
huge growth in the future. We are your first stop! If you are intested in
sailing, learning to sail, or just wondering about it, our trips are for you.
Our office, located on Rittenhouse
and Broad in Bayfield, is open M-Sat 8:30 AMto 7:30 PM. Our friends at
the Old Rittenhouse Inn in Bayfield did videos this past summer of many of

looking for a way to beat the high price of gas as well as cut down on greenhouse
gas emissions. Sailing is one of the greenest forms of recreation and the
wind is free!
